We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to support process improvement, cost reduction, and equipment optimization across multiple locations. This is a high-impact role offering 50–60% travel to various facilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and apply engineering techniques, procedures, and equipment based on production specs, material properties, and manufacturing principles
- Standardize and maintain operating procedures, and provide training to operators and maintenance staff
- Oversee and ensure compliance with welding procedures and standards
- Conduct research and development to test and implement new processes and equipment
- Collaborate with equipment vendors to define proper specifications and solutions
- Analyze processes to improve cost efficiency, yield, and product quality
- Lead and support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives across production lines
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Associate's degree + significant experience may be considered)
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and equipment
- Proven skills in root cause analysis and data-driven problem-solving
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
