Essential Functions
- Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing instructions
- Perform PEM insertion, tapping, and radius operations
- Identify and verify correct parts prior to fabrication
- Transfer materials to support production flow
- Run previously set turret presses or press brakes
- Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including turrets, brake presses, and Cincinnati machines, at required production rates
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of fabricated units
- Support overall manufacturing production and customer requirements
- Perform heavy lifting as required in the fabrication process
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints and manufacturing instructions
- Understanding of World Class Manufacturing principles is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- High School diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to perform simple shop math and read blueprints
- Knowledge of cabinet metals fabrication is preferred
