Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Fabrication Operators

Join a global leader in manufacturing transfer switches, paralleling switchgear, power control, load banks, and surge devices! We are urgently hiring Fabrication Operators in Welcome, NC, offering competitive pay of $ 18.92 per hour to start for 2nd shift. (2:30pm – 11:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine safe and efficient fabrication methods.
  • Select appropriate punches and dies based on material thickness and type.
  • Set up tooling, load programs, and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance.
  • Assess and maintain tooling condition to ensure safety and precision.
  • Inspect parts for accuracy using tools like micrometers, calipers, radius gauges, and fixtures.
  • Complete quality checklists and maintain workstation cleanliness (5S standards).
  • Follow all established safety rules and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with sheet metal and knowledge of tooling and tool maintenance.
  • Strong measurement and mathematical skills, including fractional and decimal conversions.
  • Ability to identify material types and gauge specifications.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
