Job Summary:
We are hiring for multiple permanent positions, including Fabrication Machine Operators, Electrical Test Technicians, and Welders. These roles are essential to supporting our manufacturing and engineering teams in delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Current Openings & Pay:
- Positions: Sheet Metal Fabrication Operators, Electrical Test Technicians, Welders
- Pay Range: $16.00 – $21.00 per hour (based on shift and position)
- Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Environment: Climate-controlled facility
- Benefits: Full benefits package for all permanent employees
Fabrication Machine Operator
- Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing instructions
- Perform PEM, tapping, and radius operations
- Operate and set up turret presses, brake presses, and Cincinnati machines
- Ensure high-quality production and support manufacturing needs
- Work closely with Engineering to test mechanical and electrical systems
- Perform tests per controlled documentation and document test data
- Ensure safe electrical testing practices
- Knowledge of PLC programming is a plus
- Fabrication: Experience with fabrication machines and blueprint reading
- Electrical Testing: 2-year Electrical Degree or equivalent training preferred; 3+ years in electrical manufacturing required
- Welders:Â Sheet Metal Exp. Preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exposure to high voltage (Electrical Test Technician)
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
