The Resource is hiring a Facilities Technician for our client, a graphic design company, located in High Point, NC! This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity that offers a pay rate of $15.00 per hour, and has a 1st shift schedule (6:00am-4:30pm). Facilities Technician would be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment for our employees. Ideal candidates for this role should have the ability to lift heavy equipment, problem-solving skills, and be detail oriented. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance issues promptly
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for facility maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning restrooms, empty trash, clean breakrooms, stock cleaning supplies, pick up trash in parking lot, and perform other duties as dictated by management
