The Resource is hiring Production Associates for our client in the custom apparel and promotional products industry. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to support both our client's Direct to Film (DTF) and Sublimation production departments. Pay & Schedule
- First Shift
- Monday-Friday
- Regular Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Overtime available during peak production seasons
Direct to Film (DTF) Production
- Apply DTF decals to garments and apparel
- Operate tabletop heat press equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Fold, package, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Load blankets, towels, and other products onto heat press equipment
- Assist with heat press and production machine operation
- Prepare products for processing
- Support finishing activities, including folding and packaging completed orders
- Help maintain product quality standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team in a production environment
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus but not required
Candidates should understand that overtime is expected during the company's busy season. As customer demand increases, schedules may include:
- Starting as early as 6:00 AM
- Extended weekday shifts
- Evening work as needed
- Occasional weekend shifts
