Job Description
We have immediate General Labor openings for our client, the largest manufacturer of residential swimming pool equipment in the world, at their facility in Clemmons, NC! We're currently hiring Forklift Operators, Machine Operators, and Assembly Workers. New employees are eligible for a $300 SIGN-ON BONUS! (*Must meet requirements to be eligible for this pay out*) These positions offer competitive starting pay rates, with current openings on ALL shifts - 1st (7:00am-3:00pm), 2nd (3:00-11:00pm) and 3rd (11:00pm-7:00am) with overtime as required. Employees will aid in the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of component parts and products, as well as pulling and preparing products for shipment. - Use hand tools and power tools to assemble products
- Interpret technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions
- Work with other members of the line or group in order to achieve goals
- Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise
- Previous related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
