Are you looking for a Glass Handler or Glass Cutter job in Winston-Salem, NC? The Resource is hiring for a Glass Handler / Glass Cutter position with our client, a top glass manufacturer and installer of customized glass products. This is a Temp-to-Hire position offering competitive pay at $16/hour and a stable 1st shift schedule (6 am - 2 pm). Start your career in the glass industry today!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely handle and lift custom glass products, including glass shower doors weighing 80+ lbs.
  • Precision cutting of glass to meet quality standards—measurements down to the 16th of an inch.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Operate machines used in glass cutting and other production processes.
  • Ensure quality control in all aspects of glass manufacturing.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience handling heavy materials, including glass products.
  • Proficiency in using measuring tools (such as tape measures accurate to 1/16th of an inch).
  • Experience as a machine operator in a production environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
