Our client in Lexington, a business furniture manufacturer, is seeking an HR Assistant to add to their team! This a part-time contract position. Pay range for this role is $14.00 per hour and up, depending on experience. The HR Assistant would be responsible for assisting with day to day operations of HR functions and provide clerical and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have a general knowledge of HR Policies, Regulations, Procedures, and functions. -Handle multiple projects
-Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data
-Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
-Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies
-Maintain quality service by following organization standards

-Admin/Clerical background
-Proficient in MS office
-Proficient with Data Entry
-Able to multitask on a daily basis and detailed oriented
