Monday-Friday | 3:30PM - MIDNIGHT | Overtime Available
The Resource is hiring Heat Transfer Production Associates for our client in Elkin, NC. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join a growing production team. This role supports the heat transfer process by preparing products for production, operating alongside heat press equipment, and ensuring finished items meet quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
This position supports a seasonal production environment, and overtime is expected during peak periods. Depending on order volume, associates may:

This role supports the heat transfer process by preparing products for production, operating alongside heat press equipment, and ensuring finished items meet quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Unfold blankets and other textile products and lay them flat on production tables
- Ensure products are properly positioned before entering the heat transfer machine
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy throughout the production process
- Fold completed blankets and finished products
- Assist with packaging and order preparation as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production team members during busy periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move textile products as needed
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
- 2nd Shift
- Monday-Friday
- 3:30 PM - Midnight

- Work extended weekday hours
- Work occasional evening shifts
- Work some weekend shifts
