- Respond to, diagnose and resolve first-level requests and issues via telephone, email and remote connectivity
- Issues related to workstation hardware and software, mobile devices, network connectivity, and audio, video, and web conferencing systems
- Perform account administration, software installation, and other routine activities
- Coordinate the escalation of complex and/or high priority issues related to the support of company information systems
- Office 365 Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams/Skype
- Cisco WEBex
- Cisco Call Center/ HelpDesk
- VPN/Wireless configuration
- Basis IOS/Android familiarity
- Active Directory Administration Move/add/change
- Dell Laptops
