We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Hospitality/Customer Service Consultant for our food service client in Winston-Salem! This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with an 8: 00am-5: 00pm schedule and offering a pay rate of $15.00 per hour! The Hospitality Consultant will offer customer support through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or complaints around a particular product or service. Qualified candidates will be the voice of the brand, building strong relationships with customers, and must have a proven track record of successful customer service experience. Responsibilities:
- Answer questions or concerns related to the Loyalty Rewards program, Gift Cards, Fundraising, Uber Eats delivery service as provided
- Speak to customers using one of these communication vehicles (phone, email, online chat or social media) to resolve their questions or concerns
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Resolve and de-escalate any issues in a professional manner
- Escalate calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues
- Work with a team of fundraising professionals and customer care representatives to grow fundraising sales revenue
- Upsell products by recommending additional products or opportunities to take advantage of special offers

Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role or sales related role, interacting with people predominately by telephone, online chat, video chat, etc.
- High School Diploma is required, Bachelors/Associates degree is highly preferred
- Proven track record of successful customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience with call center software and telephony
- Excellent organization, communication, time management and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong data key entry skills
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screening and testing
