We’re seeking a Production Schedule Coordinator to manage and optimize daily production activities, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time and operations run smoothly. This role is critical to maintain workflow efficiency and supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure continuous plant operations and minimize downtime
  • Coordinate and distribute production orders to the floor based on customer deadlines
  • Monitor and track customer orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Communicate effectively with production teams to align schedules and resolve conflicts
  • Provide administrative support across departments
  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • NetSuite experience is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • High School Diploma or GED required
