We are currently looking for a Human Resources Recruiter for our client, a pool part manufacturer in Clemmons, NC! This is a Permanent, Direct Hire position that offers a competitive salary. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising hiring mangers, managing full cycle recruitment processes and the apprenticeship program. This position will also work with a team of human resource professionals to influence the design and delivery of all HR programs and initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Recruit and evaluate job candidates, advising hiring mangers, and manage full cycle recruitment process and apprenticeship program
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
- Provide organizational information, opportunities, and benefits, make presentations, and maintain rapport
- Determine applicant requirements by studying the job description and job competencies
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using social media and job sites
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, arrange travel, lodging, and meals, escorting candidates to interviews, and arranging community tours
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Organization Leaders, interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
- Improve the organizational attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, emphasizing benefits and perks
- Enjoy competitive base pay plus performance-based incentive rewards
- Manage apprenticeship program by conducting orientations, scheduling rotations and assignments, monitoring competencies, coaching apprentices, advising Organization Leaders on training and coaching
- Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with Organization Leaders, recommending new procedures, conducting training
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations
- Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equal practical experience
- 5 years of experience is preferred in full cycle recruiting for a variety of disciplines, technical and non-technical professionals, exempt and non-exempt
- Strong Sourcing skills and excellent understanding of Social Media sites, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
- Experienced in Boolean Web Strings

- Experience with applicant tracking system is a plus
