We are seeking an Industrial Recruiter for our client who develops technology and uses advanced data analytics to make commerce work smarter, located in Winston-Salem! In this role, the Industrial Recruiter will provide staffing support for the company' s East Coast Warehouse Distribution Facilities, and will be responsible for overall management of warehouse recruitment, with accountabilities of operational, influential, strategic and analytical nature. Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of Warehouse/Manufacturing recruitment experience, and be able to travel as needed within the role. - Full cycle recruitment including liaising with warehouse management to understand staffing requirements, sourcing, advertising, interviewing, reference checking, screening and placement
- Closely monitor the performance and attendance of temporary employees while on assignment, and efficiently and quickly resolve issues that arise
- Develop and implement a highly effective contingency plan in the event placed candidates do not attend their assignment and replacements are required at short notice
- Develop and maintain a qualified and diverse candidate pool
- Stay up-to-date on the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) recruiting module, and enter all required aspects of the recruitment process
- Establish and maintain positive relations with temporary staffing agencies
- Partner with warehouse leadership to develop interview, selection and engagement processes to maintain a positive retention rate
- Negotiate wages, terms and conditions of employment with staffing agencies used for temporary employees
- Maximize the candidate experience to ensure that the company brand is competitive in the marketplace and is able to continuously attract high quality talent
- Collaborate with business partners and other human resource staff to ensure a positive, timely and thorough onboarding experience
- Develop and implement creative recruitment marketing strategies designed to identify qualified candidates
- Identify and research potential local competitors
- Stay abreast of current recruiting best practices
- Provide weekly reporting on a number of open and closed positions to the recruiting manager, hiring managers and operations leadership
- Set and attain achievable, yet aggressive, goals with a sense of urgency and accountability
- Support a safe work environment by following safety rules and regulations

- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field
- At least 3-years of light industrial recruiting experience, including onboarding
- Ability to manage a high volume of job requisitions at one time
- Ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time, primarily East Coast
- Ability to gain the trust of others by taking responsibility for actions and telling the truth
- Ability to build relationships and work cooperatively with others, inside and outside the organization
- Respond to change with a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work objectives with a positive attitude
- Communication skills including giving and receiving messages and information in written, oral, and visual formats concisely for a complete understanding of meaning and intent
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve group goals and objectives, and take charge to capitalize on opportunities
- Encourage healthy and productive conflict to produce the best possible solution while managing and resolving unhealthy conflicts and disagreements in a constructive manner
- Put clients first and consistently display a positive attitude and behaviors that demonstrate an awareness and willingness to listen and respond to needs, and exceed expectations

- Ability to perceive the needs of internal and external clients and communicate effectively with the objective of delighting and retaining the client
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus
