The Resource is seeking an Inside Sales Executive for our client, a national distributor of network products for broadband providers, located in Lexington! The Inside Sales Executive would be responsible for business development, expanding digital and social engagement, executing outreach programs, and developing customer and client relationships. - Develop and expand our digital and social engagement with prospects and customers of Walker and Associates not currently purchasing Market Maker OEM
- Follow up on lead lists, make sales phone calls, write emails, etc. To build and advance the sales funnel of customer interest and propensity to buy
- Business Development efforts within a Market Maker Program for a designated OEM that meets or exceeds daily, monthly, quarterly, annual objectives
- Execute and provide continuous feedback regarding Go-to-Market strategy by vertical markets and OEM solution sets based upon market trends and program feedback/results collected from tools and phone engagements
- Develop and maintain proficiency and key relationships in the vertical market(s) including participation on regional and national groups and committees
- Fluently communicate with prospects regarding a specific OEM solution and align the engagements leveraging all print and digital collateral as well as create and execute call scripts
- Maintain solution proficiency for their OEM and capable of delivering value propositions and probing / qualifying questions specific to vertical markets and OEM solution
- Leverage digital and social engagement tools provided in addition to tele prospecting efforts to prospects and customers
- Execute digital and social campaign using designated tools
- Demonstrate the willingness to learn the technology, the markets, sales techniques and strategies
- Document activities real-time leveraging productivity tools for the accuracy of program effectiveness
- Analyze data and report on issues, risks and status

- Two-year degree preferred
- 2 years of telemarketing/tele sales role experience preferred
- Tele prospecting and presentation skills required
- Detail oriented and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and disciplined and have the ability to multi-task
- Familiarity with telecommunications technology is preferred
- Sales experience is recommended
- Desire to have a career in the telecommunications sales industry
- Proficient level of competency with Microsoft Desktop Applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, etc.), other software applications such as Tableau Reader
- Competent in using web and social selling tools such as HubSpot, Constant Contact, LinkedIn, ect
