Installation Technician - Industrial Equipment | Yadkinville, NC Immediate Temp-to-Hire Opportunity - $15/hr About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Installation Technician to join our client's team in Yadkinville, NC. As a leading commercial and industrial equipment supplier, we offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits for the right candidate.
Work Schedule
  • Extended shift: 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 6/10 hour days
  • Overtime opportunities available
  • First shift position with potential for mandatory overtime
Primary Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain heavy machinery equipment
  • Perform electrical wire installation and maintenance
  • Handle equipment installation projects both on-site and at client locations
  • Operate company vehicles for day travel assignments
  • Participate in out-of-town installations when required
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with basic hand tools (wrenches, ratchets, sockets)
  • Knowledge of electrical wire pulling techniques
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Safety Training System (STS) certification
  • Ability to work extended hours when needed
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
Work Requirements
  • Long pants required for safety compliance
  • Must bring own lunch
  • Steel-toed boots and other PPE as required
  • Willingness to travel for day assignments
  • Flexibility for occasional overnight stays
Travel Benefits
  • Paid travel time for day assignments in company vehicle
  • $30.00 daily per diem for overnight stays
  • Company-paid motel accommodations for out-of-town work
