Junior Project Manager — Raleigh, NC (Construction Services)
Overview
We’re hiring a Junior Project Manager to support construction operations in the Raleigh area across projects such as concrete, masonry, landscaping, and grading in the residential and multi-family market. In this role, you’ll help drive project performance across scope, quality, schedule, and budget, while coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented opportunity for someone who thrives in the field and enjoys owning details, solving problems, and keeping jobs moving.
Required Skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Conflict resolution and on-site problem solving
- Basic computer skills and practical math skills
- Ability to coordinate schedules and support jobsite execution
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to multiple local jobsites daily
- High integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic
- Prior construction project coordination or assistant PM experience
- Familiarity with OSHA-aligned jobsite safety expectations
- Experience coordinating material deliveries and vendors
- Experience with project tracking tools, spreadsheets, or mobile/tablet-based field reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical coursework or degree preferred
- Construction experience preferred (residential and/or multi-family a plus)
- Experience supporting subcontractor management, scheduling, or jobsite coordination is a plus
- Location: Raleigh, NC (in person / on-site)
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
