Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain advanced Lonati sock?knitting machines, ensuring consistent performance and high?quality production.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout knitting and finishing stages to ensure product accuracy and consistency.
- Perform style changes efficiently and return machines to full production free of defects.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, adjustments, findings, production settings, and technical specifications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in knitting technology or sock manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem?solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency with Lonati or similar circular knitting machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to troubleshoot and correct machine issues quickly
- Quality?driven mindset with strong attention to detail
