Shift Schedule:

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Thursday - Sunday)

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Monday - Thursday)

  • Overtime Available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the planning and coordination of patient care alongside RNs and physicians.

  • Follow individualized nursing care plans and accurately report patient conditions.

  • Prepare and maintain clinical/progress notes and summaries.

  • Assist patients with daily living activities while teaching self-care techniques.

  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all patients.

  • Support physicians and RNs in complex nursing situations.

  • Adhere to universal precautions during patient care.

  • Follow emergency procedures in the event of accidents, injuries, or significant health changes.
Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience as an LPN in a home care setting.

  • Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina.

  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.

  • CPR certification (current and valid).

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
