We're now hiring Line Operators for our client, a manufacturer of specialty engineered products for the thermal/acoustical and filtration/separation markets, located in Yadkinville & Hamptonville! These are Temp-to-Hire opportunities, with openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift and offers a pay rate of $15.00- $15.50 per hour (depending on shift). Position also offers a $800 sign on bonus after 90 days worked. Part time “flex” shifts available (work 4-hour shift anytime between 11:00am-7:00pm). Candidates must be comfortable standing throughout the entire shift. This position is entry-level and a great way to get your foot in the door with an established company. Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Make proper machine settings based on product specifications for set-ups and production run
- Read & follow manufacturing orders, control plans, SOPs, and safety requirements
- Inspection of product going into and out of process
- Support and maintain the world class manufacturing system
- Adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules
- Must be able to work extended hours/overtime when required, including weekends
- Wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including Steel Toe Shoes, Ear Plugs, and Safety Glasses
- Comfortable standing throughout the entire shift
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screening, and attend orientation
