The Resource is hiring Machine Operators for our client, a manufacturer of industry-leading flexible packaging, located in Winston-Salem, NC! This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity that offers a pay rate of $18.50 per hour, and has openings on 1st (6:45am-3:00pm), 2nd (2:45pm-11:00pm) and 3rd shift (10:45pm-7:00pm). The Machine Operators would be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery such as slitter machines, extruder machines, and laminator machines. The primary role will be to contribute to the production of high-quality plastic seals used in bottling and packaging applications. This position requires a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency, experience reading and using measuring tools, and a commitment to ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the manufacturing process. Responsibilities: 
- Operate slitter machines, extruder machines, and laminator machines to produce plastic seals according to specified requirements
- Set up machines for production runs, ensuring proper calibration and adherence to product specifications
- Conduct regular quality checks on produced items, identifying and addressing any defects or deviations from quality standards
- Must be comfortable measuring in inches and millimeters
