Schedule: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Our client, a global leader in aircraft tire retreading, with a specialized manufacturing process that restores used aircraft tires for safe return to service. Their work is highly precise, hands-on, and essential for aviation safety. The retreading process includes inspection, buffing, tread application, curing under heat/pressure, and final quality inspection—all performed with strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

We are hiring multiple Production / Machine Operators to support aircraft tire retreading operations to start Monday, 2/16/2026. Perfect Attendance Bonus is available on Day 1.

Shift & Training
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Training may begin on 1st Shift depending on business needs
- $18.00 per hour
- Temporary-to-permanent opportunity based on performance and attendance
- Support the aircraft tire retreading process from inspection to final finish
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow detailed manufacturing steps including buffing, tread application, curing, and quality checks
- Maintain a clean, safe workstation following all safety guidelines
- Demonstrate consistent attendance and reliability
- Work collaboratively with production team members and supervisors
- Ability to work 2nd shift reliably
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable with hands-on, physically active manufacturing work
- Willingness to learn and follow precise work instructions
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and use industrial tools as required
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—training provided
- Fast-paced, hands-on production environment
