We’re seeking Machine Operators to join our growing team in the steel wire manufacturing industry. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong foundation in mechanical processes and a desire to grow their skills in a dynamic production setting.

What You’ll Do:
  • Operate designated machinery to meet facility standards and production specifications
  • Perform operator quality checks in accordance with ASTM standards
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections to ensure mechanical integrity and proper operation
  • Assist in machine maintenance and facility repairs as needed
  • Use computer systems to track and document daily production activities
  • Collaborate with other operators to maintain workflow and efficiency
  • Follow strict PPE guidelines and safety protocols to minimize risk
  • Contribute to a team-oriented, safety-first culture
What We’re Looking For:
  • Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with machinery
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and complete simple forms and written instructions
  • Basic understanding of mechanical processes and equipment functions
  • Proficiency in basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
