Location: Lexington, NC
Schedule: Full-Time
Shift: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts Day and Night

Job Responsibilities
- Learn and operate various production machines according to established work instructions
- Produce quality products that meet company specifications and standards
- Monitor machine performance to ensure efficient operation
- Assist with machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain production goals and productivity expectations
- Perform routine quality inspections on finished products
- Record production information accurately using company documentation procedures
- Document daily activities, equipment issues, and production events in logbooks
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when completing records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S principles
- Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with additional production and manufacturing tasks as assigned
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to read, write, and understand work instructions
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new processes and equipment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
