The Resource is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our client, a major commercial printing company, located in Browns Summit, NC! This is a permanent, Direct-Hire opportunity that offers a competitive salary and has a 1st shift schedule. The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance operations across two of the company's manufacturing facilities. This critical role will need a leader who is not only adept in ensuring optimal equipment uptime but also proficient in managing service contracts and fostering strong relationships with service providers. - Strategically develop and implement maintenance strategies that focus on preventive and predictive maintenance, ensuring maximum reliability and uptime across both facilities
- Utilize expertise in machine electronics and mechanical systems to enhance maintenance protocols, achieving high precision in troubleshooting and repairs
- Oversee the maintenance operations of two facilities, ensuring consistency in practices and standards, and promoting a unified maintenance culture
- Manage service contracts with external providers, ensuring that terms are met and services are delivered effectively to support maintenance goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring access to the latest technologies and support for machine electronics and mechanical parts
- Lead the transformation of maintenance practices, aligning them with organizational goals for growth, sustainability, and technological advancement, while ensuring adaptability across both facilities
- Direct the parts inventory management for both locations, optimizing inventory levels to ensure availability of critical components while maintaining cost efficiency
- Champion a culture of safety and compliance, embedding these principles into the maintenance operations at both facilities
- Control and manage the maintenance budget for both sites, ensuring strategic allocation of resources to achieve significant improvements in equipment performance and downtime reduction.

- A minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple facilities
- Proven track record in managing service contracts and working with external service providers to achieve maintenance objectives
- Strong technical background in machine electronics and mechanical systems, with extensive experience in preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of managing and unifying teams across different locations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; additional qualifications in maintenance management or reliability engineering are preferred
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive maintenance practices that contribute to the company's strategic goals, with experience in managing change across multiple sites
- Proficiency in data analysis and maintenance management software, using insights to inform decisions and improve operations at both facilities
