About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Distribution Center team. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to ensure maximum uptime and operational efficiency. This position is essential to maintaining safe, productive, and compliant maintenance operations throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties
- Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and performance improvements for Distribution Center equipment and hardware.
- Adjust, repair, modify, and maintain conveyor systems and powered material?handling equipment.
- Conduct facility maintenance, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety systems, and general building equipment.
- Test and validate all equipment repairs to ensure safe operation and compliance with safety standards.
- Complete tasks in alignment with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate work orders, preventive maintenance logs, inventory tracking, and maintenance records via spreadsheets, databases, or maintenance software.
- Repair dock doors and assist with pallet rack installation as needed.
- Replace or maintain batteries for material?handling equipment.
- Manage spare parts inventory, place replacement orders, and update maintenance reports.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical/Trade School certificate preferred (facility maintenance or related field).
- Experience with powered conveyor systems, forklifts, and computer?based maintenance systems.
- Proficient in electro-mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC controllers, MIG/ARC welding, and blueprint interpretation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or manufacturing maintenance, including industrial mechanical and HVAC experience.
