Pay Rate: $28-$30 per hour (based on experience and interview)

About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Maintenance Technician with expertise in electronic troubleshooting to become an integral part of our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing a variety of equipment and systems. Your efforts will directly contribute to operational efficiency as we advance into the automation of our processes, supporting innovative manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on electronic systems and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure peak performance.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve electrical and electronic issues in machinery, sensors, PLCs, motors, and control systems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Documentation & Compliance: Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections, ensuring adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Collaboration: Partner with maintenance team members and other departments to coordinate repair efforts and improve system reliability.
- System Upgrades & Modifications: Support the installation and enhancement of new electronic systems, providing technical support and training to team members as needed.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold strict safety protocols, fostering a safe and compliant working environment.
- Education: High School diploma or GED required; technical certifications in electronics or electrical engineering preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of maintenance experience with a focus on electronic troubleshooting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex electronic issues efficiently.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication abilities for team collaboration and documentation.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support operational needs.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 60 lbs, work in confined spaces and at heights, and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
