Position Details:
- Location:Â Kernersville, NC
- Shift: Monday through Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM (First Shift)
- Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00/hour, commensurate with experience and interview.
- Perform routine facility maintenance using hand tools and basic mechanical skills
- Assist with equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
- Support safety protocols and report any issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure minimal production disruptions
- Learn and develop skills in various maintenance tasks within a manufacturing setting
- No formal high school diploma or GED required
- Strong willingness to learn, with an aptitude for handyman work
- Prior maintenance experience is preferred but not necessary; training will be provided
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a team environment
