Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role? The Resource is hiring for our client, a leading producer of high-quality granulated products, located in Mocksville, NC. This is a Direct-Hire opportunity offering competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour (based on experience) with a shift schedule of 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Full medical benefits available day one.

Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance: Install, maintain, and overhaul production machinery and facility equipment.
Emergency Repairs: Respond to unscheduled equipment breakdowns, perform emergency repairs, and complete scheduled maintenance during downtime.
Problem Solving: Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Preventive Maintenance: Carry out regular preventive maintenance on machines and facilities, ensuring longevity and efficiency.
Technical Expertise: Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and work orders to perform necessary maintenance and service.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience required.
Skill Level: Intermediate skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 60 pounds and climb/stoop/kneel at heights up to 100 feet.
Work Environment: Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
