Job Summary

We are seeking a General Labor / Carpentry Associate to support the production of wooden interior doors. This role requires comfort with physical labor, hand and power tools, and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to lift heavy materials, follow instructions, and work safely at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, assemble, and finish wooden interior doors
  • Use hand tools and power tools, including:
    • Saws
    • Nail guns
    • Clamps
    • Measuring tools
  • Perform gluing, clamping, sanding, painting, and finishing
  • Move, stack, and stage materials and finished products
  • Assist with shop housekeeping, cleaning, and organization
  • Follow safety procedures and quality standards
  • Support other production tasks as needed in a startup environment
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly (heavy lifting required)
  • Comfortable standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Experience with general labor, carpentry, construction, woodworking, or manufacturing preferred
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
  • Carpentry or woodworking experience
  • Manufacturing or production facility experience
  • Experience using saws, nail guns, or industrial tools
  • Painting or finishing wood products
