Job Summary
We are seeking a General Labor / Carpentry Associate to support the production of wooden interior doors. This role requires comfort with physical labor, hand and power tools, and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to lift heavy materials, follow instructions, and work safely at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, assemble, and finish wooden interior doors
- Use hand tools and power tools, including:
- Saws
- Nail guns
- Clamps
- Measuring tools
- Perform gluing, clamping, sanding, painting, and finishing
- Move, stack, and stage materials and finished products
- Assist with shop housekeeping, cleaning, and organization
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Support other production tasks as needed in a startup environment
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly (heavy lifting required)
- Comfortable standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the shift
- Experience with general labor, carpentry, construction, woodworking, or manufacturing preferred
- Carpentry or woodworking experience
- Manufacturing or production facility experience
- Experience using saws, nail guns, or industrial tools
- Painting or finishing wood products
