Position Details
- Job Title: Powder Mixer / Packer
- Location: Greensboro, NC

- Prepare and stage raw materials according to batch and mixing instructions
- Complete all required manufacturing and production paperwork accurately
- Package finished products once approved by Quality/Lab teams
- Count, label, and document finished goods
- Safely transport products to the warehouse area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production facility
- Complete all Food Safety and Security training requirements
- Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be flexible to train on 1st or 2nd Shift
- Forklift operator license or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong written communication skills
- Solid math skills for counting, measuring, and documentation
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfort with data entry and documentation
- Ability to follow complex instructions and recipes
- Clear communication with supervisors and team members
- Dependable, safety?focused, and quality?driven
