Location: Greensboro, NC
Pay Range: $25-$30 based on experience

We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial machining and fabrication equipment. If you’re experienced with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems—and enjoy working in a hands-on environment—this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment such as welders, grinders, press brakes, lathes, mills, and shears
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Order and manage parts for maintenance and repairs
- Maintain accurate service records for all equipment
- Support shop leads and foremen by ensuring equipment is in top condition
- Occasionally travel to customer sites to perform field repairs
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with PLCs, relay switches, and industrial control systems
- Comfortable working with low and high voltage electrical components
- Welding experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with availability for overtime and on-call assignments
- Work across three dynamic shop locations
- Hands-on role with a variety of equipment and systems
