Job Title: Picker/Packer – Reach Truck Experience a Plus
Location: Lexington, NC

Now hiring reliable Picker/Packers to join our fast-paced warehouse team!

If you’re detail-oriented, motivated, and looking to grow your skills in a dynamic distribution environment, this is a great opportunity. We're especially interested in candidates with reach truck experience, as future openings are expected soon. For now, you'll train and work in order picking and packing.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Inspect products for damage or defects before packing
  • Select appropriate packaging materials based on product size and type
  • Pack items safely and securely into containers or boxes
  • Apply labels with product info, barcodes, and shipping details
  • Perform quality checks to ensure items meet company standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse, picker, or packer experience preferred
  • Reach truck experience is a plus (training starts in picking; potential transition later)
  • Able to lift up to [Insert weight] lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Team player with good communication skills
