- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing
- Select appropriate packaging materials based on product size and type
- Pack items safely and securely into containers or boxes
- Apply labels with product info, barcodes, and shipping details
- Perform quality checks to ensure items meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Previous warehouse, picker, or packer experience preferred
- Reach truck experience is a plus (training starts in picking; potential transition later)
- Able to lift up to [Insert weight] lbs and stand for extended periods
