Garage Door Assembly Associate (1st Shift) — Mocksville, NC
Location: Mocksville, NC (On-site)
Schedule: 1st Shift — 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday–Thursday
Overtime: Possible Friday overtime

What You’ll Do (Essential Job Duties)
Candidates may rotate through different stations, including:
- Assemble residential and commercial garage doors on a production line
- Install windows in garage doors using basic hand tools
- Install foam insulation as part of the door build process
- Package finished product for shipment
- Label products accurately for shipping and inventory tracking
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures
- Meet productivity and quality expectations in a team environment
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (Mon–Thurs)
- Possible overtime on Fridays
- Standing/walking in a production environment for most of the shift
- Repetitive tasks and line-paced work
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts in a manufacturing/production setting
- Frequent bending, reaching, gripping, and use of hand tools
This job offers a structured wage path:
- Guaranteed raises every 3–6 months for the first 3 years up to $22.30/hr
- Merit increases may be available on top of the wage progression
