This role is ideal for detail?oriented individuals who enjoy staying organized, working with inventory systems, and supporting manufacturing operations. As an Inventory / Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and smooth production flow. This position offers long?term stability, opportunities to expand technical and system knowledge, and growth within warehouse, inventory control, or materials management functions.
Job Duties
- Perform cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy
- Maintain accurate daily cycle count records
- Execute material and inventory transactions using JD Edwards
- Maintain organized and up?to?date inventory files and records
- Prepare and manage required documentation related to materials and inventory
- Coordinate supplies and support materials functions across operations
- Maintain forklift qualifications and safely operate material?handling equipment
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervision
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum of one (1) year of warehouse experience, including order picking and receiving, preferred
- Forklift certified or willing and able to be trained
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Proficiency with computers and inventory systems
- JD Edwards experience preferred, but not required
- Working knowledge of manufacturing products and material parts
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as a strong team member
- Flexibility to work variable or extended hours as operational needs require
Education
- High School diploma or GED required
