We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy and materials operations at our manufacturing facility in Welcome, North Carolina. This position plays a critical role in inventory control, data accuracy, and warehouse efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counting of materials, components, and finished goods
- Maintain accurate cycle count records on a daily basis
- Complete inventory transactions using JD Edwards (JDE)
- Identify and verify parts using RF scanners and scanning systems
- Perform data entry using Excel and inventory systems
- Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory files and documentation
- Prepare and maintain required inventory and materials documentation
- Coordinate and manage supplies related to materials functions
- Operate material handling equipment; maintain forklift qualification
- Use ERP systems such as JD Edwards, Oracle, and SAP
- Support inventory accuracy through problem-solving and discrepancy resolution
- Perform other warehouse and inventory-related tasks as assigned
- Working knowledge of inventory control and cycle counting practices
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify manufacturing materials and parts
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Experience with JD Edwards (preferred)
- Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, including order picking and receiving (preferred)
- Forklift certified or willing to become certified
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- High School Diploma or GED required
