Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail?oriented Production Operator for 1st shift to safely operate machinery and equipment involved in producing high?quality doors. This hands?on role is essential to meeting production goals while maintaining strict quality, safety, and performance standards in a fast?paced manufacturing environment.

  • Job Title: Production Operator

  • Supervisory Responsibilities: None
  • Work Environment: Non?climate controlled production facility
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery according to standard work instructions
    (including but not limited to spreaders, CNC routers, wrappers, saws, and other production equipment)
  • Produce required quantities within established specifications and tolerances
  • Measure finished parts using precision tools to ensure quality, function, and cosmetic standards
  • Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup, alignment, and safe operation
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance as required
  • Maintain accurate production logs, including units produced and rejected materials
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Follow all OSHA, environmental, and workplace safety regulations
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret build codes, production schedules, and company documentation
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment or ability to quickly learn machinery
  • Strong analytical and problem?solving skills
  • Effective time management, technical coordination, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a non?climate controlled environment
