About the Opportunity

We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operators and Metal Processing Associates to join a growing industrial metals facility. This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive pay, long-term stability, and the chance to learn multiple areas of production.

Candidates with construction, manufacturing, warehouse, machine operator, or metal handling experience excel in these roles. Experience working with metals is helpful but not required.

Key Requirements
  • MUST have prior forklift experience
  • Ability and willingness to work in multiple work areas as needed
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Must be able to work in a dirty, hot environment, especially during summer months
  • Strong attention to safety, teamwork, and productivity
  • Resume recommended—positions are interview-driven
What You’ll Be Doing

You will help process and prepare metals in various sizes, shapes, and specifications before they are shipped to clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and cross-training in different departments.

Job duties may include:
  • Processing Operator tasks
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Sorting metals by type and specification
  • Operating shears
  • Plasma cutting
  • Operating crushers
  • Operating saws
  • General material handling & warehouse support
  • Operating a forklift to move materials safely
