Position Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support continuous production. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work safely in a secured facility.

Security Clearance Requirement
  • Secret-Level Security Clearance required (position located within a secured facility)
Shift Schedule (Rotating Days)
  • 4:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.
  • Wednesday–Saturday (Week 1)
  • Thursday–Saturday (Week 2)
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Repair or replace motors, sensors, belts, pumps, valves, and bearings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
  • Maintain facility systems including lighting, basic electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs
  • Respond quickly to production equipment breakdowns
  • Install and adjust new machinery and production equipment
  • Conduct inspections and document all maintenance activities
  • Follow all safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE usage
  • Support production teams with technical guidance
Industrial electrical troubleshooting (switches, fuses, and multi-meter use) is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficient with mechanical and plumbing hand and power tools
  • Ability to read and use a multi-meter
  • Experience with welding/cutting tools and mobile lifting equipment preferred
  • Understanding of safety practices, SDS, manuals, and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic math skills including percentages, measurements, and geometry
