Production Assembler – Heater Components
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Production Assembler to join our manufacturing client, assembling heater components. This role supports multiple areas of the production floor and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, using tools, and learning new skills. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for reliable candidates looking to grow in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble heater components using hand and power tools
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure (to 1/16”)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist in multiple departments as production needs change
- Follow all quality, safety, and company procedures
- Support daily production goals and team workflow
- Consistent day shift hours
- Climate-controlled manufacturing environment
- Team-oriented production floor
- Comfortable working with hands and using basic tools
- Ability to read a tape measure (blueprints a plus—training provided)
- Dependable, flexible, and willing to learn
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to meet physical demands, including:
- Standing for extended periods
- Bending and lifting
- Lifting up to 50lbs occasionally
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
- Experience using hand tools or power tools
- Blueprint or schematic reading experience
- Steady weekday schedule with no weekends
