Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour to start (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Build and assemble prototype medical devices with precision
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation of devices
- Accurately document results, inspections, and outcomes
- Follow detailed technical instructions and engineering procedures
- Collaborate with:
- Engineers
- Technicians
- Cross-functional teams
- Support research, development, and production initiatives
- Associate degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) preferred
(or equivalent hands-on experience) - Strong reading comprehension and communication skills
- Excellent manual dexterity (precision assembly required)
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain documentation
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new projects and processes
- Entry-level to early-career engineering experience
- Exposure to medical device manufacturing and R&D
- Hands-on role with real product impact
- Day shift schedule (no nights)
