Manufacturing Assembler / Production Technician (Training on 1st Shift, Then Move to 2nd Shift)
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Train on 1st Shift for a Minimum of One Month, Then Transition to 2nd Shift

Job Responsibilities
  • Assemble locomotive engine parts and components according to work instructions and specifications
  • Perform testing and inspection of assembled components
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and standard work instructions
  • Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and production equipment
  • Perform basic math calculations related to measurements and assembly processes
  • Follow quality, safety, and production standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work independently and as part of a manufacturing team
  • Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong attendance record and reliability
  • Professional attitude and commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
