Job Description
We're now hiring a Metal Shop Lead for our client, a provider of quality laminated products, at their facility in Kernersville, NC! This is a permanent, Direct Hire opportunity with a starting pay range of $20.00 per hour, and 1st shift working schedule (6:30am-3:00pm) with overtime as needed. The Metal Shop Supervisor will serve as the working supervisor/team led over fabricators, welders, and machine operators who perform a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate must have supervisory/leadership skills, and a welding background in order to perform necessary tasks. - Aptitude for testing in measuring, blueprint reading, welding, process & layout, and metal identification
