Job Description
Join our team as a Part-Time Office Support Professional and play a pivotal role in ensuring our office runs efficiently and effectively! Schedule:
- Hours: Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Weekly Hours: 20
- Ensure smooth daily office operations and procedures.
- Oversee office equipment, supplies, and record-keeping.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory.
- Distribute and manage incoming mail, packages, and faxes.
- Serve as the point of contact for office maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Prepare and manage outgoing shipments (UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx).
- Coordinate office events, lunches, and snacks.
- Keep the office, breakroom, and merchandising areas clean and organized.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
- Greet and support guests and visitors.
- Organize meetings, schedule appointments, and assist departments with projects and presentations.
- Prepare executive expense reports.
- Record and process incoming prototypes and samples.
- Assist the Design team with merchandising room upkeep and sample management.
- Other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
