The Resource is hiring over 50 Order Pickers for our client, a leading distributor of licensed sports & entertainment goods located in Elkin, NC. This seasonal opportunity starts in September and runs through December, offering a consistent 1st shift schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you’re detail-oriented and eager to work in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Accuracy: Accurately pick and package orders based on customer specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to ensure the correct products are selected.
- Secure Packaging: Prepare orders for shipment and package them securely.
- Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift and carry items of varying sizes and weights.
- Attention to Detail: A commitment to accuracy and quality in your work.
- Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in order picking, packaging, labeling, or palletizing is a plus.
- Willingness to Learn: No experience? No problem! We’re willing to train the right candidate.
