Job Description
The Resource is hiring Order Pickers for our client, a distributor of textile goods, located in Elkin, NC! This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity that offers a pay rate of $15.00 per hour, and has a 1st shift schedule (8:00am-4:30pm). The Order Pickers would be responsible for picking and packaging order based on customer specifications. Responsibilities:
- Accurately picking orders based on customer specifications
- Conducting quality checks to ensure the right products are selected.
- Preparing orders for shipment and packaging them securely
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry items of varying sizes and weights
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team player with good communication skills
