Now Hiring: Plasma Cutter – Training Provided

Are you reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn a skilled trade? We're hiring an Entry-Level Plasma Cutter to join our metal recycling team. No prior plasma cutting experience is needed—we provide full training!
This is a physically demanding position that involves cutting recycled metal parts to customer specifications using plasma cutting equipment. You must be able to work in extreme heat and dusty conditions and be comfortable wearing extensive personal protective equipment (PPE).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate plasma cutting equipment to cut metal to exact specifications
  • Measure and mark metal materials according to work orders
  • Read and follow detailed instructions on job tickets
  • Inspect completed parts for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Assist with general labor tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Steady and reliable work history is a must
  • Willingness to work in hot, dusty, and physically demanding environments
  • Must wear full PPE at all times (PPE provided)
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed
  • Basic math and measurement skills preferred
  • Must be dependable, safety-focused, and a team player
