We’re excited to offer a hands?on opportunity with a family?owned food flavoring manufacturer in Greensboro, NC. We are seeking a Powder Mixer / Packer to support critical production, compounding, and packaging operations in a fast?paced manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision, following detailed instructions, and contributing to products used across the food industry.
Position Details
  • Job Title: Powder Mixer / Packer

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and stage raw materials according to batch and mixing instructions
  • Complete all required manufacturing and production paperwork accurately
  • Package finished products once approved by Quality/Lab teams
  • Count, label, and document finished goods
  • Safely transport products to the warehouse area
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production facility
  • Complete all Food Safety and Security training requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be flexible to train on 1st or 2nd Shift
  • Forklift operator license or willingness to obtain certification
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Solid math skills for counting, measuring, and documentation
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team
  • Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
