Production Assembler – Heater Components
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | Pay: $19/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently assemble heater components utilizing hand and power tools, ensuring each piece meets quality standards.
- Accurately measure materials with a tape measure (to 1/16”), with training provided if needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station to adhere to safety protocols and keep operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate across multiple departments, supporting production needs and workflow flexibility.
- Follow all safety guidelines, quality standards, and company policies to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Assist in process improvements and support team-driven production goals.
- Comfort working with your hands and using basic tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure; experience with blueprints is a plus but not required (training will be provided).
- Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally throughout the shift.
